I built this studio because great coaches deserve marketing that actually reflects how good they are at what they do.
Too many of the best practitioners I've worked with were invisible online — not because they lacked talent, but because nobody had ever helped them translate that talent into a brand that actually lands. They were showing up, posting consistently, doing everything they'd been told to do. And still feeling like their marketing was working against them instead of for them.
I built this studio to close that gap.
For about five years, fitness and training were a serious part of my life. I got deep into the bodybuilding world — the discipline, the programming, the lifestyle. I got close enough to the competition side to understand it from the inside, and then made a conscious decision to step back from it. When I started learning more about what it actually takes to get to competition-level body fat, it stopped feeling like something I wanted to pursue. The health just wasn't worth the vanity.
I'll be honest with you — I'm not a natural at being in front of the camera. Never have been.
So I kept the discipline, kept the lifestyle, and let go of the goal that didn't align with how I actually wanted to feel.
That's a small story but it says something about how I operate: I'm willing to go deep on something, learn it properly, and then make a values-based call about where it fits in my life. That same instinct is what eventually led me to build the studio the way I built it.
During that same period I was doing photoshoots, walking local fashion shows, and working on set for music video productions. From the outside that probably sounds like someone who's completely comfortable being seen. The reality is I was crawling out of my skin for most of it. Every time a camera pointed in my direction, my instinct was to disappear.
But I kept showing up anyway. Not because it got easier overnight, but because I understood something I couldn't quite articulate at the time: discomfort isn't a signal to stop. It's just part of the process.
That chapter shaped me in ways I didn't fully appreciate until later. It taught me what it actually takes to build a presence — not confidence as a personality trait, but confidence as a practice. Something you build through repetition, not something you wait to feel before you start.
It's also why I can sit across from a wellness coach who dreads hitting record and genuinely say: I get it. Not as a platitude — I actually get it. The fear of being judged, of saying the wrong thing, of putting your face and your ideas out into the world where anyone can have an opinion about it. That's real. The trolls are real too.
But here's what I've seen consistently, in my own experience and in working with clients: the positive response almost always outweighs what you feared. The people you're actually trying to reach aren't waiting to criticize you. They're waiting to find someone who sounds just like YOU.
I hold a Communications degree and a Social Media Management certificate, and I'm Google Ads and Meta Ads certified. I started my business doing social media management under the name That Social Paige — and over time, as I kept seeing great brands struggle not from lack of effort but because their systems weren't working together, the studio evolved into what it is today.
Paige One Collective was built for wellness coaches and practitioners specifically because this is a space full of people doing genuinely important work — and who deserve a brand and marketing system that actually reflects that.
If you have questions about any of it — the on-camera side, the strategy side, any of it — ask me.
