Hey, I'm Paige. I run Paige One Collective — a boutique growth studio for wellness coaches and practitioners who are ready to stop guessing at their marketing and start building something that actually works.
A solid brand strategy for wellness coaches usually isn’t missing entirely, it’s just stuck a few years behind where the coach actually is. This is one of the most common things we see in a Brand Audit: someone with years of real client results, genuine expertise, and a strong track record, but a brand that still looks like it belongs to someone just starting out.
It’s not a confidence problem or a skills gap. It’s a branding one, and it shows up more often than most established coaches realize.
Visuals haven’t been updated since the early days. Fonts, colours, or photos don’t reflect the level the coach is actually working at now. Messaging still leads with credentials and certifications instead of outcomes and results. Bios read like a resume instead of a reason to work with that specific person. None of these are small style choices. They’re signals that shape whether a visitor trusts what they see.
Early on, coaches often build their brand and content quickly, sometimes on a shoestring budget, sometimes as a side project before the business took off. That’s completely normal. But as the coaching itself gets stronger, the online presence frequently doesn’t grow at the same pace. Updating a brand takes deliberate time, and busy coaches keep pushing it down the list when client work is going well.
The result is a gap between the actual expertise and how that expertise reads to a stranger scrolling past. Strangers can’t see years of experience. They can only see what’s in front of them in the first few seconds.
Good branding isn’t about chasing trends or looking flashy. It protects the years of work a coach has already put in, so people judge it accurately. A coach with strong results and an outdated or generic brand often ends up charging less than the work is worth, because the brand invites a beginner-level judgment even though the coaching says otherwise.
Fixing this doesn’t mean starting over. Most of the time it means a focused pass: update the visuals to match the current level of the work, rewrite the messaging to lead with outcomes, and make sure the bio and homepage speak directly to the specific person this coach is best suited to help.
If any part of this sounds familiar, a Brand Audit is the fastest way to see exactly where the gap sits. One session gives a clear, honest read on what’s working, what’s dated, and what to prioritize first, without a guessing game.
