Hey, I'm Paige. I run Paige One Collective — a boutique growth studio for wellness coaches and practitioners who are ready to stop guessing at their marketing and start building something that actually works.
Coaches searching for how to get more coaching clients usually reach for the same lever first: post more. Show up more often. Try a new format. Add another platform.
But if your content is already getting views and engagement, more volume rarely fixes an inconsistent client pipeline. In fact, it often just adds more work without changing the outcome.
It’s what happens after someone’s interested. Because a Reel or carousel can only do one job well, get attention. Whether that attention turns into a client depends on everything downstream of it: your offer, your positioning, and whether there’s a clear next step for someone who’s curious but not yet ready to book.
Most coaches have the attention part solved. What’s missing is the bridge.
If someone lands on your profile and can’t tell within seconds what you help with and how, they won’t take the next step, no matter how good your content was. Vague positioning like “wellness coach” or “health and lifestyle” asks the viewer to do the work of figuring out if you’re relevant to them. Specific positioning does that work for them instead.
Not everyone who’s interested is ready to book a call. Some just want a small first step, a checklist, a guide, a free resource that shows them what working with you would actually look like. Without that option, interested people simply scroll past, because a cold DM or a full website visit is too much friction for someone who’s still deciding.
Interest fades fast if nothing happens after someone engages. An automated email sequence or DM flow keeps the conversation moving even when you’re not actively replying, so the lead doesn’t go cold while you’re busy with actual client work.
Here’s the order that actually works, based on what’s usually missing:
Skipping straight to “post more” without this in place just means more people see an offer that still isn’t converting. As a result, the fix rarely starts with the content calendar.
If you’re not sure whether the gap is in your positioning, your offer, or your follow-up system, that’s exactly what a Brand Audit is built to find. One session, a clear picture of what’s actually working and what’s leaking, and a prioritized list of what to fix first.
Want a faster gut check before that? Comment for the free 5-point Brand Wellness Check to make sure you’re standing out.
